Tim Saler is a Republican strategist based in New Jersey.

At age 20, Tim served as a Consultant for Election Day Operations to the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania, assisting the re-election campaign of U.S. Senator Rick Santorum as well as many other candidates in the Keystone State.

Working out of Philadelphia, Tim was trained by seasoned operatives in some of the most difficult and hostile electoral conditions in the country. The Election Day Operations program Tim worked on was considered one of the best run in history, particularly with respect to Tim's specialty of rapid response.

One year later, at age 21, Tim was named Director of Communications for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court campaign of Judge Paul P. Panepinto. Tim is one of the youngest political professionals to ever hold these positions on a statewide campaign.

From October 2007 through August 2008, Tim operated Saler Republican Strategies LLC, a firm that provided services and tools to campaigns and organizations across the country. Chris Hackett for Congress (PA-10) and the Camden County (NJ) Republican Party were just two of the firm's clients.

In April 2008, Tim signed on to manage Dale Glading's campaign for the U.S. Congress in New Jersey's 1st District. The Glading campaign was the first Republican campaign in decades to sweep the endorsements of all three major newspapers in the district. In the midst of an historic Democrat landslide, the Glading campaign received a more than 6 percent increase in votes over the previous Republican candidate in arguably the safest Democrat district in the entire United States. Remarkably, the Glading campaign spent less than 49 cents for every vote received, an incredible feat in modern campaigns. On top of that, the incumbent Democrat received 5 percent fewer votes than in 2004, despite a massive increase in turnout and Democrat participation.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Temple University. He had worked full-time for the Pennsylvania GOP, the Panepinto campaign, and his own firm while pursuing fifteen credits or more each semester. While at Temple, Tim was a recipient of the University Honors Scholarship, and he was named to the Dean's List and University Honors Director's List on multiple occasions.

Rewarded for his studies, Tim was a 2007 inductee to Pi Sigma Alpha, the national honors fraternity for students of political science.

A proud New Jersey native, Tim is a former attendee of the Congressional Student Leadership Conference and previously served as a Delegate to the United Nations Student Conference on Human Rights.
